Her career includes leadership roles at Gather Catering, Model Milk, and Pigeonhole, where she earned a reputation for creativity, consistency, and calm professionalism. Now focused on personalized weekly meal prep, Rebecca draws on her fine-dining background and national experience to create meals that are both elegant and effortless. She’s passionate about refining and simplifying mealtimes so they can be best enjoyed - developing customized menus that reflect each client’s preferences, dietary needs, and schedule while emphasizing balance, flavour, and fresh, local ingredients.

Sample Meal Prep Menu


Coconut Chia Seed Pudding 

High-protein yogurt and coconut milk seasoned with cinnamon, cardamom, and honey. Dried 

apricots and toasted almonds sprinkled on top. 


Sweet Potato & Feta Egg Bites 

Egg bites with wilted spinach, roasted sweet potato, green onion and crumbled feta. 


Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Bowls 

Gently cooked peeled shrimp tossed in a sweet chili sauce, with stir fried egg noodles, fresh carrot, 

snap peas, and herbs. 


Lemon & Thyme Roasted Chicken 

Chicken breast marinated in herbs and lemon, then slow roasted with a medley of winter root 

vegetables: beets, parsnips, and sweet potato. Served with a creamy tahini sauce for drizzling or 

dipping. 


Beef Korma 

Beef chuck braised until tender in korma curry paste and coconut milk. Topped with fresh cilantro 

and toasted cashews. Served with naan bread and a raita-inspired salad with cucumber, tomato, 

onion and a cumin-yogurt dressing. 


Satay Chicken Skewers 

Grilled chicken thigh skewers with peanut satay sauce on the side. Garnished with plentiful green 

onions and served with coconut rice and hearty greens (bok choi, gai lan) that have been sauteed 

with garlic and soy. 


Black Bean Enchiladas 

Spiced black beans, roasted peppers and mushrooms and pickled jalapenos wrapped up inside a 

corn tortilla. Baked with red sauce and cheese, then topped with fresh cilantro.
