1. Choose your chef and available time
View available chefs and select a time that works for your schedule.
2. Tell us a little about yourself
Share your preferences and dietary needs so your chef can plan your session.
3. Menus and groceries
Your chef sends a curated LITE menu for approval, reheating instructions, and grocery list. The groceries are purchased by you.
4. Your chef cooks in your home
Meals are prepared, portioned, and left in your fridge.
