The whole process from start to finish was outstanding, with great communication, attention to detail, flexibility to ensure client satisfaction and seamless, professional execution. As I mentioned to Andrew, we have used many catering services in the past and your organization is second to none.
Andrew - the dinner you prepared last night was nothing short of spectacular. You are a consummate professional on all levels. I can see why the SAIT culinary program has an outstanding reputation, as I’m certain you are as good a teacher and mentor as you are a chef. From start to finish each course was creative and delicious, extremely well presented and perfectly paced, resulting in a memorable culinary experience for all in attendance. And thanks to you the pheasant course was a huge success. All present commented that it was one of best meals any of us have had in a very long time. We also very much appreciate the hard work you did to ensure the kitchen was left clean and organized, dishes washed, leftovers put away etc. Well done Chef Andrew!!!
