Chef Jennifer – Personal Chef (Calgary)Chef Jennifer is a Red Seal Journeyman Chef with over 20 years of culinary and nutrition experience. With a strong background in holistic wellness, she is passionate about creating personalized menus that support a wide range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, autoimmune-friendly, and plant-based.
Jennifer has worked as a personal chef, culinary instructor, and caterer, as well as the founder of Fuel Catering in Calgary. Most recently, she has combined her culinary expertise with her training as a Clinical Herbalist Apprentice and Holistic Coach, offering clients nourishing meals that also align with their health goals. Her experience spans menu development, meal prep, private dining, and small event catering.
Clients appreciate Jennifer’s ability to blend flavour, nutrition, and creativity in every dish. With her approachable style and deep knowledge of specialized diets, she helps individuals and families enjoy food that is both delicious and supportive of their well-being.
