Classically trained in both culinary and pastry arts, Jane has worked in some of the world’s most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants—including El Bulli and Arzak—before co-founding Lift Breakfast Bakery, where her creativity and leadership helped shape a successful and beloved local brand.
Now specializing in personalized weekly meal prep, Jane designs menus that make eating well simple, enjoyable, and sustainable. Her dishes highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients and balanced flavours, offering clients nourishing meals that fit seamlessly into busy routines while still feeling elevated.
