Formerly Chef de Cuisine at Buffo Ristorante and with prior roles at Teatro Ristorante, Murrieta’s Bar and Grill, and the Fairmont Banff Springs, Eric has built a reputation for consistency, creativity, and calm professionalism.
Now focused exclusively on personalized weekly meal prep, Eric designs menus that are flavourful, balanced, and tailored to each client’s preferences. His approach blends the polish of restaurant-quality dining with the practicality needed for everyday life. From scratch-made pastas to wholesome proteins and vibrant seasonal vegetables, every dish is crafted to be both nourishing and enjoyable.
