Chef Eric Wilson brings over a decade of culinary experience from some of Calgary’s top kitchens directly into the homes of his clients. Formerly Chef de Cuisine at Buffo Ristorante and with prior roles at Teatro Ristorante, Murrieta’s Bar and Grill, and the Fairmont Banff Springs, Eric has built a reputation for consistency, creativity, and calm professionalism.

Now focused exclusively on personalized weekly meal prep, Eric designs menus that are flavourful, balanced, and tailored to each client’s preferences. His approach blends the polish of restaurant-quality dining with the practicality needed for everyday life. From scratch-made pastas to wholesome proteins and vibrant seasonal vegetables, every dish is crafted to be both nourishing and enjoyable.

Clients appreciate Eric’s ability to simplify their lives by delivering meals that are ready when they need them—eliminating stress while maintaining quality, variety, and taste. Frittata- spinach, feta, tomato


Granola Bar- peanut butter, dried fruit, honey, oats


Minestrone- carrot, onion, celery, orecchiette, herbs, tomato broth, parmesan


Ricotta Gnocchi- homemade gnocchi,  puttanesca sauce, shrimp, anchovies, capers, olives, tomato sauce


Roasted Honey Dill Salmon-Quinoa salad, tomato, cucumber, olives, green beans


Greek Roasted Chicken Thigh- tazatki, herbed potatoes, glazed carrots


Seared Basa- butternut squash risotto, arugula, pumpkin seeds, brushetta
