After relocating to Calgary at fourteen, his passion for food evolved into a 25-year culinary career leading some of the city’s most celebrated dining establishments.
Chris is known for designing exquisite menus tailored to every occasion—from intimate dinners to elegant private events and small weddings. His commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients shines through in every dish, and clients consistently praise the bold flavours, refined execution, and thoughtful personal touches he brings to the table.
