Chef Rylan is a Red Seal Chef with over 20 years of culinary experience, including extensive leadership in restaurants, catering, and culinary education. Known for his professionalism, organization, and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality meals, Rylan brings a depth of expertise to every kitchen he works in.


His career includes roles as Executive Chef and owner of a successful catering company, as well as Executive Chef at NAIT’s Ernest’s Dining Room, where he led kitchen operations and helped train the next generation of chefs. Throughout his career, Rylan has developed menus, managed teams, and executed everything from intimate dining to large-scale events with precision and care.


Now offering personalized weekly meal prep in Edmonton, Rylan brings that same level of experience into clients’ homes; creating balanced, flavourful meals designed to fit busy lifestyles. His approach focuses on thoughtful menu planning, fresh ingredients, and dependable execution, making it easy for clients to enjoy high-quality, nourishing meals without the stress of cooking.

Spanish Tortilla Egg Bites

Potato and caramelized onion egg cups with a chive crema and breakfast sausages


Peanut Butter Maple Breakfast Bar

Protein packed breakbar with oats, peanut butter, chickpeas and maple. Served with greek yogurt and a blueberry compote


Roasted Root Vegetable Salad

Root vegetables roasted in herbs, seared kale, mixed greens, feta, candied seeds, sour doughcroutons and a maple vinaigrette


Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl

Poached shrimp, rice vermicelli, cucumbers sesame salad, bell peppers, carrots and a peanut dressing


Salmon Coconut Curry

Poached salmon topped with a rich thai green coconut curry with lemongrass and galangal. Served with sweet potatoes, spinach, and steamed quinoa.


Moroccan Chicken Tajin

Chicken thighs braised in an warm moroccan spiced sauce with dried apricots, spinach, toasted almonds and couscous


Korean Beef Short Rib

Beef short rib braised in a gochujang and soy gravy. Served with miso butter carrots, garlic broccoli and steamed rice
