Originally from London, Carol began her career in some of the UK’s busiest kitchens, mastering the craft of creating exceptional dishes under pressure. Her journey then led her to France, where she refined her skills and developed a deep appreciation for classic French techniques—and perfected the art of the croissant.
Carol’s international career includes serving as a private chef for exclusive clients, working as a sous chef at high-profile events, and overseeing large-scale culinary operations serving seniors and children. Her Level II WSET certification adds an elevated touch to her cooking, allowing her to thoughtfully pair wines with her meals and enhance the dining experience for her clients.
Known for her warm personality, wit, and comforting style of cooking, Carol now focuses exclusively on personalized weekly meal prep in Calgary.
