His career includes senior roles such as Executive Sous Chef at the Glenmore Inn & Convention Centre, Executive Chef at McClelland Lake Lodge, and leadership positions in large-scale catering and hospitality environments. Throughout his career, Alexander has developed menus, streamlined operations, and consistently delivered meals that balance quality, variety, and efficiency.


Now bringing his expertise into clients’ homes, Chef Alexander offers personalized weekly meal prep in Calgary, creating balanced, flavourful meals designed to fit busy lifestyles. Bell peppers filled with lean ground beef, quinoa, spinach, and herb-infused marinara. Topped with a sharp parmesan crust.


Lemon-Dill Salmon & Asparagus 

Roasted salmon and asparagus finished with a fresh lemon-dill gremolata.


Mediterranean Turkey Wrap 

Seasoned ground turkey with wilted kale and chickpeas in a whole-grain wrap. 


Lemon-Oregano Chicken & Root Veggies 

Broiled chicken breast roasted with eggplants, peppers, and cauliflower 


Golden Red Lentil & Coconut Curry (Vegan) 

Red lentils simmered in curry and coconut milk. High-fiber and plant-based.


Overnight "Muesli-Style" Soaked Oats 

Rolled oats soaked in milk and yogurt with a touch of honey. Layer of fresh mixed berries and seasonal fruit on top.
