Golden Chia Parfait
Chia seeds soaked in turmeric and cinnamon coconut milk. Layered with coconut yoghurt, pineapple, and cashews.
Baked Cauliflower and Eggs
Riced cauliflower baked with eggs, milk, cheese, shallots, pancetta, mixed herbs and arugula.
Silky Curried Carrot Soup
Roasted carrots, potato, onion, fenugreek, cumin, and coriander, simmered in chicken broth and blended to a silken perfection. Topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh herbs.
Juno’s Potato Salad
Boiled baby potatoes, jammy eggs, kohlrabi, fennel, green olives, and fresh herbs with a creamy mustard vinaigrette.
Saucy Noods
Chewy Korean rice sticks, sauteed tofu, bok choy, julienne carrots, peppers, and snap peas all tossed in a magical black bean sauce. Topped with fresh cilantro, toasted pumpkin and sesame seeds.
Buttermilk Chicken, Cabbage, and Winter Squash
Whole chicken legs marinated in buttermilk, roasted golden brown. Melt-in-your-mouth braised cabbage in harissa tomato sauce, and sliced, roasted winter squash.
Cod with Miso Butter Onions, Green Beans and Crispy Roast Potatoes
Halved onions slow-poached in miso-butter broth with basted cod, steamed green beans, and perfectly crispy, creamy potatoes.
