These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the one-time personal chef service known as My Take Home Chef Lite (“MTHC Lite”), provided by MTHChef Inc. o/a My Take Home Chef (“MTHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the individual booking the service (“Client,” “you”). By booking an MTHC Lite session, submitting the required intake form, and allowing a chef to perform services in your home, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
